How can I see Rogue products in person?

Currently, Rogue sells direct to customers online only, however we have a huge network of retailers across Australia and New Zealand where you can view our entire range. Please take a look at our top stockists here. Unfortunately, our Melbourne showroom is open by appointment only to our Wholesale and Commercial customers.

How do your floral arrangements work?

Our dedicated Melbourne team will create your selected arrangement from scratch, assembling the stems and foliage in the vase by hand and setting the arrangement in lifelike “water” made from resin to ensure that the stems do not move in transit and have a hyper-realistic appearance.

How do I get the look I want with faux flowers?

It’s easy to achieve your own hyper-realistic floral bouquet. Our branches and stems are sturdy and designed to be bent and manipulated to achieve the look you want. You can sculpt the leaves and stems with your hands for lifelike depth and dimension, and either bend the bottom of the stems or cut the ends off with wire cutters to achieve your desired height and perfect fit in any vase.

How do I create my own floral bouquet?

You can create your own stunning bouquet with these steps:

  1. Begin by creating a base using foliage stems. This builds volume and depth.
  2. Choose your favourite flower and make it the focal point by threading the floral stem through the heart of your foliage base.
  3. Elevate your bouquet further by adding filler flowers around the focal bloom. Choose complementary colours and sizes to balance out the bouquet, and bend stems to achieved your desired height.
  4. Find the perfect vase to display your beautiful creation. A textured vase will hide any stems that are no longer straight.
Is there much variation in the texture of Rogue products?

Many of our products are classified as "real-touch", offering a hyper-realistic soft feel that is nearly indistinguishable from fresh flowers to most people. Other products, while not as soft in feel, are visually realistic with meticulously designed petals, leaves, stems and trunks. Ultimately, we believe that the true impact of any floral arrangement, whether real or artificial, lies in its visual appeal in your space.

Can I use my Rogue products outdoors or in direct sunlight?

We recommend caution when placing products in direct sunlight. Faux plants and stems can become discoloured by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and we also find that the water in arrangements can become discoloured over time.We strongly recommend to keep products indoors and away from sunlight, unless UV-treated.

How long do UV-treated products last?

Any UV-treated flowers or plants, depending on the amount of sun exposure, can last at least three years. Garden centres sell UV sprays, which may also help to prolong the life of your flower or plant in the sun.

How do I care for faux flowers and plants?

With a bit of love, your faux product will retain its vibrant colour and shape forever.  

  • Remove dust with a dry cloth or a low, cool hairdryer. A soft paintbrush can be used to get into crevices and between petals. 
  • To remove light stains, wipe clean with a lightly-damp cloth or alcohol-free wet wipe. 
  • Keep out of direct sunlight to protect the colour from fading. Avoid exposure to heat sources. 
  • Avoid rinsing with water, soap or cleaning liquid. 
  • UV-treated products should be kept in the shade if placed outside. 
Can I spray my faux products with water?

Water isn’t the best option for cleaning faux florals or greenery. It’s better to wipe them with a dry microfibre cloth or use a low, cool hairdryer to get rid of any dust.

What are some of the benefits of faux?

  • They offer a long-term cost-effective solution to buying expensive fresh flowers regularly. 
Is there any assembly required for my faux plants?

Most of our faux plants require no assembly, however larger products such as trees may come in a few separate parts which is easy to slot together – similar to a Christmas tree.There is no assembly required for any of our stems.

How do I choose the right faux plant for my space?

Consider the size, style and lighting of your space. Choose a plant or stems which complement your décor and fits well in the designated area. Please avoid keeping products in direct sunlight, particular on window sills, as this can cause the products to fade.

Are faux florals and plants safe for children and pets?

Yes – this is one of the biggest benefits of artificial greenery! They don’t contain toxic substances that some real plants do.

Bouquets, bunches, arrangements. What's the difference?

These are ways that we refer to the different types of floral products in the Rogue range. A bouquet refers to a collection of different stems and foliage tied together with string, whereas a bunch is a collection of the same stems only. An arrangement is our most hand-curated solution, with a bouquet of stems, foliage or plants set within faux water, dirt or soil for an incredibly realistic look, displayed in a vase or vessel.

How are your potted arrangements created?

A floral arrangement is the most similar to a bouquet of flowers, set in water (made from resin) inside a vase. A potted arrangement is made up of plants or flowers set in real or faux soil, bark, mulch or moss to mimic an earthy look, and are hand-made in one of our beautiful bowls or planters. Sometimes they will feature a single type of flower or plant, and other times we have curated a beautiful arrangement of florals or greenery.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Australia. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship to any other country.

What are your shipping rates?

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders up to $49.99, a $9.95 shipping charge will apply.

When will my order be dispatched?

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.

Where can I find my order status?

I've received my order and the product has a slight odour. What should I do?

When your product first arrives, it may have a slight odour from being enclosed during transit. Just air it out for a few days and it will be odour-free in no time.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We understand that there may be instances where you may not be completely satisfied with your order. Please contact our Customer Service team at customer@roguehome.com.au within seven days of receipt of the product to arrange next steps. Please note that unless the return is a result of an error on our part or due to a defective item, all return costs including shipping will be borne by you.
