Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $50 Australia-wide. For orders up to $49.99, a charge of $9.95 will apply.
We usually dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 working days, but please allow for longer dispatch times during busy sales periods. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.
Express Shipping is available for a $15.00 charge. If this option is selected, your order should arrive within 1 business day after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Customers in metro areas can typically expect their orders within 3 to 7 business days. For our customers in regional areas, including parts of WA, NT, and QLD, expect an additional 3 business days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary.
During major sale periods such as Mother’s Day, Black Friday and Christmas, there may be delays in preparing orders due to high demand. Additionally, delivery timeframes can fluctuate based on stock availability and the delivery service provider. In instances where your order contains multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. Please note that in these instances you will only be charged for a single delivery.
Our shipping rates are subject to change. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be honoured in accordance with the offer.
Returns Policy
At Rogue Home, we want every purchase to be perfect. If you have a change of mind, the product doesn't meet your expectations, or the product arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer you free returns for 14 days from receipt of the product to return the item(s) and receive a refund.
To lodge a refund request, please contact our Customer Service team here or at customer@roguehome.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product with your name and order number, to arrange next steps. If you don't provide notice within this 14-day period, the goods will be treated as having been accepted by you.
Products returned for change of mind reasons must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging, in order to quality for a refund.
Where the return is a result of an error on our part or due to a product fault, our Customer Service team will manage the return of the goods.
