Our P-Code Sizing System

What is a P-Code?

Our P-Code system makes selecting the perfect pot simple and foolproof. Each plant, tree and pot is assigned a corresponding P-Code, which you can use to mix and match your ideal plants, trees and vessel.

Matching Guidelines:

• For an exact match: Use a pot with the same P-Code as your plant (e.g. matching a P4 plant with a P4 pot) for a snug fit.
• Optional sizing up: You can choose a pot one size larger for a more spacious look (e.g. placing a P4 plant inside a P5 pot).
• Important: Never choose a pot one size smaller, as the vessel will not properly accommodate the plant's width.

How To Find P-Codes

You can locate P-Codes on each product page in the "Pot Size" section, below the product description. Our website also allows you to filter products by P-Code when searching for vessels, plants, and trees. If P-Code information seems to be missing, first check if the plant or tree comes pre-potted, as these will not require an additional pot for planting.
