Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $150 Australia-wide. For orders under $150, a charge of $19.99 will apply.

We usually dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse within 2–4 working days, but please allow for longer dispatch times during busy sales periods. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.

Customers in metro areas can typically expect their orders within 3 to 7 business days. For our customers in regional areas, including parts of WA, NT, and QLD, expect an additional 3 business days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary.

During major sale periods such as Mother’s Day, Black Friday and Christmas, there may be delays in preparing orders due to high demand. Additionally, delivery timeframes can fluctuate based on stock availability and the delivery service provider. In instances where your order contains multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. Please note that in these instances you will only be charged for a single delivery.

Our shipping rates are subject to change. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be honoured in accordance with the offer.

Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas - we’ll always contact you first if this applies.
