This Non Stick Carbon Steel Paella Pan by Davis & Waddell features a special nano-silica coating that repels water whilst being permeable to cooking oils, allowing them to seep into the surface to strengthen the non-stick capabilities. Underneath the nano-silica coating is a hard, thick, ceramic layer for great durability that is metal utensil safe. Wipe sauces and other liquids off with ease, while enjoying great non-stick convenience. Perfect for creating authentic paellas and rice dishes with ease.

Hand wash. Not suitable for the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storing. Place on stovetop over high temperature and let dry thoroughly. Once cooled pour vegetable oil on the pan's surface and wipe with a paper towel. Place on the stove again over low temperature and wait until the pan slightly smokes. It is now ready to use.
